LHM.gg Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all LHM.gg subscriptions - Personal, Professional, and Enterprise, both monthly and annual. This policy also applies to all one-time payments like plan upgrades, Scout AI hourly bundle purchase, etc.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error or malfunction within the LHM.gg application directly results in an incorrect charge or payment. If you believe you’ve been billed incorrectly, you are responsible for providing all the information and documentation to prove that fact.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for valid and active LHM.gg subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Payments for standard subscription plans
  • Payments made for the continuation of an existing subscription
  • Payments made for upgrading or changing a subscription plan
  • Payment for additional packages (for example, Scout AI hourly bundles)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund due to an LHM.gg application error, you must:

  1. Contact LHM.gg support via the dedicated email address - payments@lexogrine.com - immediately upon discovering the error, using the same email address you use for the LHM account.
  2. Provide detailed information about the error and the associated payment, as well as your LHM username.
  3. Provide any supporting evidence of the application error, such as screenshots or error logs.

Refund Determination

The LHM.gg team will investigate the reported error. If it is determined that the error was caused by the LHM.gg application, a refund will be issued for the incorrect charge.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

It takes up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and available on the payment method used for the payment. Refunds are processed by the banks, payment, and card operators.

Policy Changes

LHM.gg reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the LHM.gg website or the LHM Guide website.
